Initiate Your Request
Log into your Racketworld account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Equipment
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective plastic on racket handles and original tags are intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our sports specialists inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
